Lachlan responded promptly to my request to come to my residence for some electrical maintenance work.  He was very polite and efficient, confirming again on the day/morning, what time he would be there. He explained what was going on with my range hood, and cooktop amongst other things. We had Lachlan come out for some emergency repairs. He was on time, courteous and professional, and got us out of trouble, at a time of year when no one else even answers their phone.
